Will the amber jewelry come with a certificate?
Our amber goods will accompany a certificate of authenticity, established by UAB Pajurio gintaras (please ask for it).
How should I contact you for queries regarding my order?
For all queries regarding orders you can send an email to or mentioning your order or you can give us a call at the following number (+370) 46 322264. Our working hours is 8 am to 5 pm (+2GMT Time). We are closed on Sundays and Saturdays.
Can I cancel the order I have confirmed?
You may cancel the order you have confirmed within 3 days of order confirmation, please contact us for more information.
What are the various methods of payment available with you?
Cash payments, bank transfers.
How long will it take to deliver the products?
Generally the delivery period would be within 30 to 45 days. We will keep you informed as to when it will be delivered to you within this time frame.
We work with UPS, DHL, DPD,EMS and other companies.
There is not minimum order.
Any Goods which you believe are defective must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase (please inform us).
For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on worn earrings or body jewelry.
We recommend using recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage.
Returns are sent at your own expense.
